Robbie Williams’ album Britpop was delayed from its original October 2025 release to 6 February 2026, a change he has openly attributed to avoiding a direct chart clash with Taylor Swift’s The Life of a Showgirl.

The album was then released early due to Harry Styles' Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occassionally.The album arrives alongside his Long 90s series of small‑venue performances, where he plays both Britpop and his 1997 debut Life Thru a Lens in full, echoing the scale of venues he performed in at the start of his solo career.
Williams has said Britpop reflects the record he wanted to make upon leaving Take That, created with the knowledge and experience he has gained since the mid‑1990s.
